Maintenance window is completed. Now we have started to process all the queued session. There will be latency to see session in dashboard. It is expected to get normal in 4 to 5 hours.

Update
We are still working on this maintenance and we have faced some issue while data migration. Team is working to see the way for resolution. Looks like we have to extend the estimated time for maintenance by 1 hour.

The UXCam team will be performing maintenance to improve our database infrastructure. To minimize disruption, maintenance will be performed during weekends in July 2021 (02:15 Saturday - 5:15 Saturday UTC).
During maintenance period, we will be stopping everything that will make changes in our database. This includes dashboard, session processing and any scheduled queries.
The session processing will be stopped and all the sessions that has been sent at the time of maintenance will be processed afterwards.
All services are expected to be back to normal after this maintenance is complete.
