We will be performing a database upgrade for our EU region on 16 June 2026 at 3:45 AM UTC. The maintenance is expected to take less than 1 hour, with dashboard write operations paused for approximately 30 minutes.
During this maintenance window: The UXCam dashboard will remain available in read-only mode. Updating or deleting analytics data will be temporarily unavailable. New sessions and videos will not be processed during the maintenance period.
No data will be lost. Any sessions collected during the maintenance window will be processed automatically once the upgrade is complete.
This maintenance only affects customers hosted in the EU region.
We will post an update on the status page as soon as the maintenance has been successfully completed.
